While we know true perfection is never attainable, we strive every day to use the BEST ingredients and our BEST recipes to bring you absolutely delicious, wholesome goodness. 

We are proud to share that all of our dairy ice creams start with Sand Hill milk and cream, produced in a family-owned dairy farm in Fallon, Nevada and never homogenized or ultra-high temp pasteurized. This results in a much fresher flavor. You’ll taste the difference!

Our ice cream is (mostly) made in the Philadelphia style, the original American method of ice cream making, dating back to the earliest years of the country.

There are no eggs in this method, only pure milk, cream and sugar, with a higher milk ratio and slightly faster churning than Italian gelato, giving it a lighter texture an more intense flavors.
